Answers before the click.

Six practical topics for this independent directory, with the relevant details from LitBuy’s public policy pages. Always verify the latest official terms before an order or parcel is submitted.

What is this LitBuy Spreadsheet site?

This is an independent product-discovery directory. It helps visitors search internal product records, compare a product’s source images, reference price and available QC images, then choose whether to continue to LitBuy. It does not process payments, buy products, hold parcels or replace LitBuy’s own checkout and policies.

No. Search, category and product-detail links remain inside this site. The only purchase action opens the corresponding LitBuy route, where you should confirm the live listing, selected option, price, fees and policy information before payment.

What are LitBuy QC photos able to show?

The directory uses the FindSpreadsheet export as its read-only source. Product images, IDs and categories belong to the connected source record. A product name or image in this directory is not a claim that the item is currently in stock, authentic, legal to import or eligible for a particular shipping line.

LitBuy says warehouse arrivals receive a basic check of quantity, visible appearance and obvious external defects, and that photos or inspection information may be provided when applicable. QC images can help compare the received item against a saved listing and selected option. They do not prove authenticity, materials, fit, durability, internal function, compatibility or every hidden detail.

QC photos appear only when the source record has QC images connected to that particular product. If none are available, the continuous lower image stream uses that same product’s Weidian images so the page does not invent inspection evidence or borrow photos from another item.

Not automatically. Compare the warehouse evidence with your saved product link, selected variation, quantity and visible details. LitBuy’s policy says international shipment is arranged after customer confirmation or authorisation. If a photo does not answer an important question, seek clarification before the parcel is submitted.

No. Source images show what a seller presented; QC photos can document visible quantity, appearance and obvious external defects when they are available. Neither type of image proves authenticity, materials, fit, internal function, durability, compatibility or every hidden condition. Use the image as evidence of what it visibly shows, and keep unresolved questions separate.

How long does LitBuy say processing and delivery take?

LitBuy’s shipping policy says parcels are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Its published estimates begin after the parcel ships: 8–16 business days to the United States, 7–14 to the EU, 7–12 to the UK and 10–25 to other countries. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, weather or carrier disruption.

LitBuy asks customers to allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available. Check the parcel number, carrier and destination first. A delay in the first scan is not by itself proof that the package is lost.

LitBuy’s shipping policy says shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment. A source product price and an international parcel quote are separate decisions. Compare the final amount shown for your own confirmed parcel, destination and selected line rather than relying on an old estimate or another shopper’s haul.

LitBuy’s Shipping Estimation page explains that the first weight unit is the minimum charged unit for a parcel. An estimate is a planning tool, not the final price of a packed parcel. Use the current destination, shipping line and parcel details, then check the actual checkout quote before you decide to pay.

What does LitBuy say about warehouse storage and consolidation?

LitBuy’s public homepage advertises up to 120 days of storage, with the first 90 days free, and says orders can be shipped together. Treat that as a current service description that can change: keep track of each warehouse arrival and check the live account terms before relying on a deadline or combining items.

Keep the original product link, selected option, quantity, item or source ID, visible price, payment record, any connected QC evidence, chosen shipping line and tracking number. These details help distinguish a product question from a parcel question and let you describe a problem without relying on a remembered listing or a screenshot alone.

Can I send prohibited or sensitive items?

No. A visible marketplace listing is not proof that an item can be purchased, warehoused or shipped to your destination. Check the item itself, the current LitBuy prohibited-items notice, the available shipping line and destination-country requirements. Batteries, liquids, chemicals, trademark claims and medical-purpose wording can matter even when a broad product category looks ordinary.

Do not assume so. LitBuy’s prohibited-items statement lists broad restricted categories such as drugs, tobacco and e-cigarettes, dangerous chemicals, weapons, some medical devices, currency, wildlife or plant products, counterfeit or pirated goods, supplements and sexually explicit products. The list can be changed and is not complete; check the current notice, your destination rules and the exact item before purchase.

How do refunds work according to LitBuy’s published terms?

LitBuy says approved refunds are processed only back to the original payment method. Its terms do not support cash, offline transfers, third-party payment accounts or alternate refund destinations. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider or card issuer after it has been initiated.

LitBuy’s shipping policy says parcels in transit, delayed or undergoing customs clearance are not eligible for refunds. It says refunds may be processed after confirmed delivery failure or after a returned item has been received and inspected. Keep the order record, QC images, shipping choice and tracking details if a case needs to be reviewed.
