Where an approved refund is sent

LitBuy’s Refund Terms state that approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. The terms do not support cash, offline transfers, third-party payment accounts or a different refund destination. “Approved” is important: a return route is not a promise that every request will qualify.

02

Keep product and parcel issues distinct

Save the product link, option, payment record, QC evidence when supplied and relevant messages. The Shipping Policy says parcels in transit, delayed or undergoing customs clearance are not eligible for refunds; it also describes circumstances such as confirmed delivery failure or a returned-and-inspected item. Read the current terms before assuming an outcome.

03

Timing can depend on the payment provider

After a refund is initiated, the time for it to appear can depend on the card issuer or payment provider. Keep the confirmation and check the original method before treating an ordinary processing delay as a new service failure. A concise chronology is more useful than a broad “check my order” request.

04

Prepare a fact-based refund request

Describe the item or parcel precisely: order or source reference, selected option, quantity, relevant dates, what was expected, what evidence is available and the specific remedy you are asking about. Attach only material information. A clear chronology helps distinguish a seller or product question from a warehouse, shipping or payment question.

Do not describe a request as approved until the service confirms approval under its current terms. The published rules set boundaries for eligibility, and the facts of the order still matter. Keeping this distinction avoids giving yourself false certainty about a return, cancellation or refund destination.

05

Read the stage of the order first

Ask where the item or parcel is in the process before choosing a remedy. A product purchase, warehouse arrival, submitted parcel, carrier transit and delivered parcel can have different options and limits. For example, the shipping policy’s transit-related boundaries should not be treated as though they describe a pre-shipment purchase question.

This step also protects against mixed evidence. Seller images may help identify a product choice, while a tracking page may document carrier movement; neither alone proves a refund outcome. Use the record that matches the stage you are asking about.

06

Track the refund after confirmation

Once a refund is confirmed, save the confirmation date, amount, currency and original payment method. Check the account or card used for the original payment rather than expecting a different destination. Payment-provider posting times can vary, so compare the information against the provider’s normal processing cycle before escalating.

If a follow-up is needed, include the confirmation details and a short timeline. A specific request is easier to assess than multiple messages with changing summaries. Keep the conversation factual and avoid adding assumptions that are not supported by the order record.
