What the public service description says

LitBuy’s homepage advertises warehouse storage, consolidation and shipping-progress tracking, including up to 120 days of storage with the first 90 days free. Check the live account terms before relying on a deadline: public service descriptions can change, and storage does not make every combination of items suitable for every route.

02

Build a consolidation list before packing

For every warehouse arrival, keep the product ID, selected option, quantity, available QC evidence and any unresolved question. This prevents an item from being sent only because it arrived first. When you combine items, evaluate the parcel for its destination and shipping line, not only for the individual product prices.

03

Review before you authorise

Consolidation is most useful after the records are clear. Compare the available evidence with the saved source record and confirm the final line and quote. Keep warehouse and parcel records together so a later delivery or policy question can be described precisely without guessing.

04

Make a consolidation worksheet

Use one row for each arrival: source URL or ID, selected option, quantity, arrival date, available images, open questions and a decision such as “ready,” “wait,” or “clarify.” This small worksheet prevents items with similar names from being confused and shows which arrivals really belong in the same parcel.

Add the intended destination and likely shipping constraints to the worksheet before you combine items. An item may be acceptable on its own but change the available route or cost when grouped with others. The purpose is not to predict every carrier outcome; it is to avoid consolidating without seeing the implications.

05

Use storage time deliberately

Storage can give you time to wait for related items, compare records and decide whether a parcel is sensible. It is not a reason to postpone all checks until the last day. Review each arrival while the source listing and selected option are still easy to compare, then revisit the final list before submitting a parcel.

The public service description mentions storage time, but current account terms should govern any deadline. Keep track of dates in your own order record and do not assume a past promotion or public description applies unchanged to every account or future order.

06

Pack with a clear decision record

Before authorising a parcel, list the exact items going in, the selected line, destination, current quote and unresolved questions. If an item needs an answer before shipment, keep it out of the parcel until that answer is available. This is more reliable than attempting to reconstruct the decision from memory once the parcel is in transit.

After submission, save the parcel number beside the included item IDs. A later tracking update, insurance question or delivery issue can then be connected to the actual contents rather than to a vague collection of purchases.
